Thank you for shopping with EcoMagic. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are generally not accepted for opened or used items.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item(s)

  • Your item(s) arrived damaged or leaked

  • Your order is incomplete (missing item)

  • Your item has a manufacturing defect

2. RETURN / REFUND REQUEST WINDOW
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your case quickly, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the item(s) received

  • Photos of the outer packaging (if damaged)

  • Description of the issue

3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse after delivery

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect selection of product, scent, or variant by the customer

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

4. DAMAGED, LEAKED, OR WRONG ITEMS
We take great care in packing your order. If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or contains the wrong item(s), please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the order.

Once verified, we will arrange one of the following solutions (at our discretion):

  • Replacement (same item)

  • Exchange (equivalent value)

  • Refund (full or partial, depending on the situation)

5. MISSING ITEMS
If your parcel is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify and arrange for the missing item to be shipped out where applicable.

6. REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refund processing time may take:

  • 3–10 working days (depending on your payment provider / bank)

Please note:
Shipping fees paid (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our side (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

7. RETURN SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
In cases where a return is required, we will advise you on the return method.

Return shipping costs will be:

  • Covered by EcoMagic if the issue is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damaged during delivery)

  • Covered by the customer if the return is due to reasons not caused by EcoMagic

8. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative product of similar value.

9. CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES TO ORDERS
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be cancellable.
